This pack holds a pretty good amount of gear for a day hike, more than it appears. The pocket layout and variety is very good and the expandibility of the main compartment is a plus. The straps are not well padded, but comfortable enough if the pack is not heavily loaded. It's probably realistically good for up to 25 or 30lbs. The pocket cinching elastic ties are pretty cheap and broke easily with the slightest adjustment, buy they are a relatively minor thing and I likely wouldn't use them much anyway. If this pack was more expensive it would have recieved a lower rating, but for the price, it is definately a great value.

I liked the backpack when I received it. It is a good size and exactly what I needed. EXCEPT that the zippers blew out after having it for 2 weeks. Pretty bummed I cant close the main portion otherwise the zippers will blow out....

This is a good backpack in quality, but the zippers are poor, also for the strap fasteners and pouches on each side there is no design feature too prevent losing the strap, tensions or parts. This is sad since this seems of good quality , but the zippers gave out after it was to late to return. i don't know how to fix it either , frustrated.

This product is absolute garbage. I took it out of the box and in just packing it for my hike it completely fell apart. The drawstring pulled out completely when attempting to secure a water bottle and wishing less than 3 days ALL of the zippers were completely broken. I could not be more dissatisfied with this backpack and now have to find another one.

There's vertical room where there should be horizontal room. It's not functional.

Built solid, well worth it.

Nice backpack but the zippers are weak

I really like this bag. It's a little stiff, but only because the fabric is tough. I have been using mine daily for about 3 months now. I keep at least one laptop in it and a bunch of cords. It's softened up a bit but it's still pretty stiff, I might try running it through the wash. I have been careful with the zipper because I read that it can fail... but I have not found a problem with mine. Overall I'm very happy.
