I love how versatile this piece of equipment is!! There are so many great exercises you can do with it, not just abdominal conditioning. I really love to use it for shoulder mobility and the hamstring exercise is KILLER!! Excited to keep playing around with it to see what else I can use it for!!

This is bad. The knee mat is a joke. The quality of everything besides the box is a joke. Cheap plastic and STICKERS that aren't even applied properly! All bubbly underneath. The handle bars dont stay on the metal pipe that's supposed to be the handle. This is so disappointing. I thought I did my research.

This product is very sturdy and well designed. I am 200lbs and this securely supports all my weight plus more!Set up was extremely easy and literally takes less than 10seconds to do; no need to use any tools or anything like that which is very convenient.The cool design on the black and red one I purchased is very unique and pleasing to the eyes.This product also comes with a quick guide which shows proper form which is very important when doing any type of ab roller workout.

Overall, this product is good quality, and I would buy again. It comes with a little knee pad which is very nice & thick enough to use comfortably on a wood floor with no pain; it does come a little folded up but flattens out quickly with use. It was tricky to assemble and get the handle snugly in the center but not too terrible. Packaging was sturdy and nice, but I would prefer an image of someone with a normal body type actually using the product over the unrealistically muscled and low-body-fat man's torso on the packaging now. Would also prefer if there were no plastic bags used in internal packaging, as it's unnecessary because of the quality of the box & would prevent plastic waste.

It's sturdy and the included matt is nice. However, I don't really feel the built-in resistance. Maybe the one I got is broken. I asked the question but haven't received a response yet. I've owned other ab rollers where the spring resistance was obvious.

When I initially purchased this item I did not like it because it wasn’t well made and lacked sturdiness but the company emailed me and were kind enough to give me a replacement. The replacement was much better and felt sturdier. Seems like I could’ve received a defective item to begin with. I would recommend this to people.

I am very surprised at how much this actually works. I thought I'd overdo it on the first workout just so I could identify all the muscles it actually worked. Mistake! I couldn't use it again for like a week. This is one of those 'as seen on TV' items that actually works.

..and does not roll in different directions because the width is wide. I feel more comfortable using this on my mat instead of bare floor. LOve it and am very happy. Thank you!
