Q: Can my iPad Pro 11 inch be held horizontally?

I can't say precisely, but I'd say it yes. I have an 8th gen 10" iPad and it fits fine.

Q: The light is flickering orange and it won’t change setting and go to different colors,should I return it? Is it defected?

You might have to unplug it, make sure it is turned off, plug it in and try again. This sometimes happens to me when I directly unplug it from the wall without turning it off first.

Q: Will this hold a Ipad Pro 12.9 horizontally?
