No given way to directly contact this company that claims to provide “full-life free service for every customer”. An internet search reveals nothing of usable. A few tips would be nice on a set of instructions. For instance, you absolutely cannot unbuckle the fin strap unless you are also lifting upward away from the fin while depressing the button. Of course, with no instructions you are completely guessing about what that button even does. On adjusting the fit, does the fin buckle lever flip all the way up, to an unlocked position? Or does it just lift slightly and loosen the adjusting strap? It is very frustrating if you are new to this activity learning to use something without ANY type of instruction sheet.

Very good for the price. The flippers aren't too long, the mask fits well.
