I have bought the small and deeper massager roller by this company and my feet love them both. I would highly recommend this item to all. My feet especially love this item after a 12 hour shift at work at work in hospital.

I have suffered for 5 years with plantar fasciitis and have spent thousands on insoles, shoes, foot brace, shock wave therapy ..... I bought this, with not much hope. I tried it for a few min and was amazed that I could walk without aid. The next day same thing, I could walk. I love this item. I keep it under the dining room table and massage my foot during breakfast.

I purchased the dual reflexology roller six years ago and it's still going strong! Yes it hurts in the beginning. Wear socks if it's too painful. It took me about two months of once a day massage to get rid of the pain. Every day was a little less pain. Don't over do it. You just want to get the circulation going. I also used yoga toe spreaders you can get a deeper massage this way and I used an assortment of balls such as Foot Rubs. Get a yoga mat to put under your rollers and balls it helps to stabilize everything. May your feet get better and better every day in every way. Cheers!!!
