When I first received these headphones I was very impressed. I did however notice that one headphone (the left ear) was very quiet. I decided to give it a week thinking maybe it would clear up or it was the song I was listening to etc. However it does come with pretty good sound, carrying case and multiple ear sizes. Everything was fine and good.... besides it not working for me.Update:The Company fully refunded my purchase and sent several apology emails to me. Very good customer service and they obviously care enough to write several personally written email's to any problem's that a customer has.

Excellent sound quality and playback time (about 4 hours for me). Slightly uncomfortable around the ear after about an hour, but okay if you adjust them a bit. Outside noise reduction is great, they actually drown out my pounding footsteps while jogging. I gave these some time before reviewing them because I have had pairs that start out well and go downhill, but these have been consistently good for about six months. Well worth the money.

I would have given them a 5 if they were alittle more comfortable and the battery didn't die so fast..but other than that they are good...hopefully they can atleast last long enough in a month or 2 since they dont last very long now
