Dog feels a little insecure
The size is great, and we love that it loads from the front or the back. The bottom is pretty sturdy and is slightly padded. However the sides are just the mesh and nylon, so when our dog leaned slightly in the ride, she could feel the wheel against the fabric rotating. She didn’t get hurt, but it freaked her out! Now, she doesn’t want to go in it. We will have to modify so she can’t feel the tires. Also, I bought this one because it specifically says that it can be used with Ebikes and we had some in order. We used it with our regular bikes first. When we got our Ebikes, the hole for the part that attaches to the bike frame is not big enough to attach so we will have to enlarge it. This was true for two Ebikes of different brands.

Can't assemble trailer!
The media could not be loaded. Already tried contacting seller and they said that inner pole is a certain length, so now I'm stuck with a trailer I can't use. If the inner pole is the correct size as they say, then that mean that the canvas shell was constructed way too small. Very disappointed. My dog is older and walking is hard for her at times, so I thought this would be a great purchase... Don't know how to return without the packaging... : (

The top support bar is to long
Unable to assemble. The support tube is too long to fit in the plastic catch. I’m going to have to shorten myself. Poor instructions

Love it but it has flaws. It Needs side fenders!
I love this trailer. I love that it has a brake, that comes in handy. The inside is huge & my 30 lb dog has lots of room to turn around. The issue I had was if the dog leans on the sides of the trailer while towing it, it rubs the tire & he wore a hole thru both sides the first trip out. I ended up making side fenders so this wouldn’t continue to happen & make the trailer completely useless. It pulls very smooth & we have put over 80+ miles on it so far!

I haven't put it together yet, when I do I will write more. HOWEVER...
It appears so amazingly AWESOME! I will write another review when I receive my new E-bike & attach the unit to the bike!! The materials are so structurally sound!! It has all of the reflectors needed however, I did purchase a tail light to accommodate it when I take it out with my fur babies!! It will not "disappoint you!"
