I originally purchased an aspirator (bogey sucker I believe is the less technical term) from a high street retailer and I must say it was an ordeal to get anywhere with it but I just thought that's how it is and I just had to persevere and put up with it..... that was until I saw this.I didn't have high hopes after the first experience but after reading a few reviews I thought I would try it. It is much better at doing the job.The part that goes to babys nose is a little wider on this one which helps allow the matter from the nose to into the trap but not so big that it hinders suction.It is very easy to take apart to clean which is a time saver.It also comes in a neat plastic box that keeps it safe and clean.All in all a great product.If this review has helped you in any way i would very much appreciate if you kindly click on the helpful button belowThanks for reading

This is great: we are with our third kid and have been (unfortunately) using the aspirator with disposable tips from another brand up to a month ago. This is so much better: the product costs almost as much as one set of tips from the disposable one, works equally well, if not better, has a very soft tip and it's easily washable. I wish I would have bought it earlier...

I really wish I had found this sooner. My 4 month old has had a nasty cold for a few days and I came across this nasal aspirator by chance on Amazon. Ordered and received the next day. I cleaned and put it to use right away. Immediately after first use, my baby's nose was clear. I could hear her breathing better for the first time in days. You can actually see all the mucus being sucked out so you know it's working. The soft tip is too big to be placed in her nostril so i simply placed at the base of her nose and it still works great. It's very easy to use and clean. Great price too. Even for a fidgety baby like mine that does not like her nose being touched, it still works. Amazing product. Thank you Bubzi.

We had tried other 'snot extractors' for our son to no real success. This time for our newborn daughter we were adamant to get it right 1st time. 2 weeks old & had her 1st cold. Because of her age she didn't protest, our preschooler may need more reassurance. We put 2 drops of snuffle baby nasal drops down each nostril, waited 30 secs for the snot to soften then positioned the tube at the entrance & sucked, straight away loads came out and she could breath clearly again, used regularly we were winning! My husband was twitchy when using it thinking the snot would travel up the tube, it can't do that. Easy to clean, a j-cloth or wipe can pass through the small hole. We also sterlise it when we do the bottles, comes in a handy case ideal to take out. Happy parents!

Very easy to use, easily able to control and judge the stucking force applied as it comes from you and provided instant relief for our baby. Dropped one star as the end inserted into the nose is a little large and not suitable for a new born. Either make this explicit on the product details, provide two sizes of adapter or make tapered. Overall would recommend.

I've just received this aspirator and tried it right away. My 2 year old's nose has been running nonstop for days. Our old aspirator worked quite well but it required 2 hands so was a bit fiddly and I felt it wasn't strong enough to suck out the mucus that kept falling back. This allows me to adjust the strength of the suction as necessary and I was able to suck up so much mucus from deep within his sinuses. He's finally breathing through his nose again and has drifted into a deep and peaceful sleep.Also I sucked up quite hard and filled the chamber but no snot went anywhere near my mouth. Best one we've tried so far (we've tried 3)

Compared to another aspirated the tip.of this is silicone and is probably more comfortable for the baby however it isn't as good nor easy to use. The tube is on the short side making it awkward to use, especially as babies aren't usually keen on it.And squirm around. The tip isn't that big either and babies bogeys are surprisingly big so subsequently it get stuck in the tip causing a blockage! I ended upgrading to the electric version which has its only steady suction and is great for clearing out wet snotty noses.

Now, I was a bit dubious of this prior to purchasing, but I have been won over.It is a very simple product that does the job well. The idea of sucking mucus from a babies nose sounds pretty gross (and it is), but if you have a baby with a blocked up nose that can't sleep, this little tool is perfect to helping to alleviate some of the discomforts. At no point are you in danger of sucking up anything, all of it simply collected in the main vessel which is very easily cleaned.
