Does its job... even if it is a gross one. The results were surprising, and cleaning the comb was a breeze. I would buy this again. It fits well in my hand, and doesn't leave my scalp raw.

I got these with the intention of using the combs as stocking stuffers, having recently seen a short video with a hair influencer using this as part of her multi-step care routine. At first glance, this is exactly like any other plastic comb, but then you see the divots at the tips which extend when you press a certain spot on the comb handle. I don't have dandruff but I do get buildup on my scalp and sure enough, this picked that stuff up which I've not noticed on the wide tooth comb I normally use on my hair, and the scalp particles appeared to stay at the tip instead of collecting along the length of the comb. Downside, whatever scalp buildup appeared on the comb also appeared at the top of my head, in my hair. Not sure how long I'm expected to keep passing the comb through my hair but I'm someone who sheds a lot and I wasn't going to keep going after a certain amount of hair was stuck in the comb. It's possible regular use of this comb will reduce that amount of buildup but I don't have that frame of reference yet. The comb itself was easy to wipe clean afterwards, and I actually enjoyed the feel of it in my hand, it felt sturdy and thick despite being plastic when normally I use wood. The price is right just to see what the deal is for yourself.

I had seen so many videos about these types of combs and was excited to try it out. I haven’t had any residue in the hollow teeth at all after using it. The only difference this comb makes for me is it leaves my hair very staticky and frizzy. I’ve never had an issue with dandruff or flaky scalp, so maybe this isn’t meant for me but I did think it would get some residue from my scalp. While it seems to work great for others it just doesn’t work for me.

This honestly will be the comb I use before showers this is amazing for hair stimulation! Feels amazing!

I got so much gunk off my scalp my first use. It was a bit nasty. I have been trying everything to get this buildup off my scalp, nothing has worked like this comb. I might have over done it a bit, my head was tender in the shower. But it was worth it! I’m going to use it before my showers from now on. Absolutely incredible! If you have buildup on your scalp from hard water, products, or whatever… you need to try this comb. It’ll blow your mind!
