Beautiful chairs
I absolutely love these chairs. They are beautiful. The material is good. I would request professional assembly next time. They aren't hard to set up, but for some reason they remain uneven when standing. I did everything the instructions say to do. The 1st chair was set up perfectly. The next day it was lop sided and uneven. The 2nd chair was uneven upon assembly and the screws keep loosening. The packaging was up to par. Nothing came messed up. I wasn't missing any material.

Very bright white and the velvet causes one to slide forward but great quality for the price point!
Very bright white (a bit gauche) and the velvet is soft but it causes one to slide forward but great quality for the price point!

Wobbly chairs!!! Not sturdy.
The media could not be loaded. When I first assembled them they where fine and shortly after, not even two weeks, they became wobbly. I tightened them again and once more they are loose. There is no way a chair thats only two months old can be wobbly over and over. I have chairs that are 8 years old and not had to tighten once! I’d either want a replacement that is good or my money back!!!

Great French country chairs
These are great velvet chairs. They have held up over the last two years with no issues. The gray velvet is very soft and comfortable, and I love the French country appearance!

Good product for the price
These are very good looking, and just as advertised. Easy to assemble. They are not the most sturdy chairs, so I wouldn’t recommend them for heavier people. Also, they are a bit “back” heavy, meaning that they’ve fallen backwards a couple times as I scoot out to get up. But I like the look and they are good value for the price.

Love love! Very sturdy!
The media could not be loaded. Love these chairs. They seem so timeless, I will have them forever. Very easy to put together. The grey color matches with a lot and is easy to clean.

Beautiful, but horrible quality from the factory.
I purchased a beautiful round table from Amazon to place in front of my fireplace to use when neighbors and friends come over to share time and great meals.I needed chairs for the table now, and wanted blue velvet to match other furniture that I have in the room.I found these Christopher Knight blue velvet chairs which I think are the perfect match. I ordered them from Amazon and couldn't wait until they got here. Now the nightmare begins: I opened the box took out the parts that I needed to assemble the first chair and all was good. The chairs are packed two in a box from the factory. I was impressed how well the factory packs the shipping box to prevent damage in transit. After the first chair was assembled, I took out the parts to assemble the second chair. After unwrapping the seat cushion, I saw that there was something that looked like puncture marks in a straight row on the seat cushion. See my photos. These puncture marks are in a row where you can also see a light line through them, like factory machinery may have damaged the velvet. None-the-less, they are highly visible and I don't see how they could have been missed by a worker at the factory. I guess they just don't care.I initiated a replacement to be sent to me from Amazon. You have to love how accommodating Amazon is under these types of situations. They do everything to try and make it right.Amazon shipped me another set of chairs. I thought all I would have to do is open the new replacement set, remove one seat cushion and replace the original damaged coushion. Well, not...The first coushion I took out of the replacement set had light lines running through the velvet at an angle near the rear corner of the cushion. So, I unwrapped the second coushion and it was okay, except that it had a white silicone like adhesive oozing out from the surround popping on the seat cushion. I sat there for 20 minutes and picked it off, so that I would have a usable coushion and would be able to assemble one chair.Secondly, I noticed that the surround popping on one of the oval chair back coushions was not glued at the joint. See photos. I took the other chair back out of the box, unwrapped it and saw that its piping was joined, but had glue oozing out at the joint. Ugh.Anyway, I managed to get two good chairs out of four, with some compromises. You can see some leftover piping adhesive on one seat cushion, where I picked the adhesive off, and one chair back coushion has adhesive showing at the piping joint around the oval back coushion. See photo. So, whatever company makes these Christopher Knight chairs has abysmal quality control. I would never buy their products again. This cost me a great deal of time and labor. I am a heart patient with a 30 pound weight restriction. Now I have to cart a repacked box off to the UPS store to send back to Amazon. This is definitely not high quality furniture. At least I thank Amazon for their no hassle replacement. Things would not have been this easy if I would have purchased elsewhere.

Solid chairs but not perfectly finished.
The chairs are large and very sturdy. The upholstery colour is a nice silver-grey. Workmanship on the wood has flaws and upholstery work isn't top of the line, but I've been looking for white chairs in this style forever so I'm ok with them. Glossy paint makes the chairs look a bit cheap though. Wish they used a matt white.

Bad Quality
At first I thought these were good chairs. However after 3 years of use, two of my chairs have broken. One leg literally collapsed when my brother in law was sitting on it and upon closer inspection we saw the wood in it had crumbled! Product support window is closed and trying to contact the supplier is almost impossible...DON'T BUY....GET SOMETHING QUALITY INSTEAD!
