ZELUS Balance Ball Trainer with Resistance Bands and Foot Pump (purple). Needed to continue PT work at home after knee surgery and while this isn't as large as the one at the clinic, it certainly does the job. It was easy to inflate using the pump that came with the ball, took roughly 5 minutes and a good leg workout. The plug hole is small enough that when stepping in the center, my foot does not feel like it is sinking in. The board has texture to create an anti-slip surface. The half ball is thick and sturdy. The resistance bands clip on the base. The bands are okay, but I did not get it for those.

This bosu is an amazing acquisition! Very sturdy, super quality and despite that almost everyone gives a bad quality comment about the bump, it functions and that is what matters. I could bump it pretty quickly without effort. And the COLOR! It is absolutely beautiful. I am soooo happy.

I wanted a bosu ball but did not want to pay brand name price. I work out at home and wanted a little extra core work so this was perfect. I was surprised many reviews say it was hard to inflate. It literally took about 3 minutes to inflate using the small pump included, not hard at all!! The bands are long but you could tie them or cut them and reattach if needed. The ball felt good in terms of quality and stability. I did notice slippage when doing a plank, however it is on carpet, so putting a mat down will probably help with that issue. I would recommend it!

This was a bit tough to inflate, i had to use a compressor. The pump it came with was not getting the job done. Good thing i have a compressor to infate it. Once i flated the rest was easy peacy. I like to stand on the flat part to work on my balance, it is very smooth surface and require some non skid socks or shoes to stay on top without sliding of. But overall great product.

Amazing bosu ball. I have been practicing my pop up and balance on it for surfing purpose and wow. It's a game changer!

This ball is great for core workout I’ve got 3 bulging disc but want to maintain my core. It’s soft in the back and is easy to use for legs, arms and easy to stand in for using the stretch cords.

Works well

The dome is OK. It does slide a little on the floor. The pump is a piece of garbage. The 2 part valve kept coming apart. So did the tube. The pump did not push much air through. It kept getting a dent in it. I had to continually blow air back through it to pop the dent out so I could continue to try to pump up the dome. After way too much time, the pump went into the garbage can and I got a good pump so I could use my dome.

I use this at least 3/4 times a week.Had to pump it up once in 6 months.It is now slightly warped now at the bottom. So slides around a bit. But put it on a mat and it seems to stay.
