Making crepes is easy with this pan
This pan is the secret to making great crepes easily. There are plenty of recipes on the internet for crepes, but this pan is the game changer for me. Although it is non stick, I apply plenty of butter (for flavor), and pour in the crepe batter. The pan is formed to make perfect crepes. Basically, just pour in some batter, swirl the pan so the batter is evenly spread, and the hard part is done. When flipping the crepe, I use a thin silicon scraper and a giant silicon spatula to flip the crepe. No scratches at all. Finally, this pan is dishwasher safe, making clean up that much easier.

Great for pancakes
Re-the ceramic pan for pancakes and it works great. And he evenly and is easy to use. With a little bit of oil or butter, nothing ever sticks, and it is super easy to clean. The handle stays cool, as well. This is a go to for breakfast in my house!

Easy to use and clean crepe pan!
Great little pan for making crepes. I am not a crepe making expert but this pan worked for making easy crepes. I just used a recipe I found on All Recipes and then got to making crepes. Easy clean up and easy storage (as its not a huge pan). I would definitely recommend if you want something simple and easy to start making crepes with.

I love it now that I figured it out
I was not impressed by this pan when I first started using it. There's an ever so slight raised hump in the center so the batter cooks too thin in the center and too thick around the perimeter. BUT...I found a recipe that works for me for Swedish pancakes (similar to crepes, but better in my opinion).1 cup flour2 cups milk3 eggs1/4 cup sugar1/8 cup melted butterDash saltMix all ingredients thoroughly and let stand for 15 minutes.Heat pan to medium-high heat. Generously apply butter to the pan, then use a ladle and pour directly and somewhat slowly onto the center of the pan. The batter will begin to cook in the center and this prevents it from getting too thin. Tip and spin the pan to distribute the batter all around. I tried, but I don't use the spreading stick. After a few minutes, flip and cook the other side. It is nearly cooked before you flip it, so this side won't take as long to cook as the first side. Each pancake takes about five minutes to cook both sides. If the butter is properly browned by the heat you'll get a nice coloring of brown spots on your Swedish pancake. Fold in thirds and serve with jellies, jams, butter and sugar, fill with whipped cream and fruit, or whatever creative accompaniment you desire. Enjoy!

Nice pan but not non-stick
I like this pan BUT it's not non-stick. A simple fried egg sticks. I use a little cooking spray. I use it for omelets mostly. It's sturdy, easy clean, easy to attach handle. As you can see, it has a very low rim so you can't pour more than two or three (at the most!) scrambled eggs on it. Great for pancakes, crepes or two grilled cheese sandwiches. If you use some cooking spray or butter, you won't have any trouble with sticking. I think "non-stick" is a pipe dream on any pan.
